My 2 fave brekfast right now. 2 x heck sweet chilli chicken sausage 100g potatoes, cooked in chip seasoning, I usually scramble an egg to but if you're off eggs, swap for mushrooms/peppers 2nd idea. 150g greek yoghurt (0% fat) 25g strawberry flavoured protein 1 banana sliced 20g granola.

I buy a punnet of grapes and a honeydew melon, chop the melon up on a Sunday night and section into 4 portions. Add 100g grapes per portion of melon. 4 days snack pots done and ready to grab.

Mines in the post. So as long as it arrives back, im in. I know its called 30 day shred,however I work a second job 2 nights aweek, and therefore wouldn't be able to do it on those nights. do you think this would make a massive difference to the results?

Im 5"5 and my current weight is 154lbs. Im battling at the moment though and dont seem to have the willpower, however y goal is currently 140. Once i get there and see how I look, it might drop to 134. x
