Hi All
Maybe be nothing at all, but I wanted to check....Im working my second job tonight (bar wark). its not overly busy but I will be on the go for about and extra 5 hours. Does anyone know a way I can record this to exervixse? xx

I would use the slowest walking option in the exercise database as a guide.

I wouldn't record it outside of putting your activity level at the setting above sedentary.0

Is that possible for just my two shifts though, as the rest of the week im a "sit at my desk" girl!!
One shift is verrrrrry busy (Friday/Saturday/Suhnday Night) The tuesday one is quiet, but im still on my feet for the 5 hours, serving and walking the bar!?!?1
