Im not a big eater for Breakfast to be honest. The toast I eat is a struggle. But I know breakfast is important to start the day off!!! Im normally pretty good, but wondering if I dont get my 5 a day will it have much impact x

I think...though im not sure....you put your stats in, how much activity you do during teh day, MFP works out a calorie deficit for you, and then depending on your weight it calculates how much you CAN lose a week. Though if you do more exercise then im sure more weihgt will fall off Remember this is all computerised adn…

I try to dirnk vodka, with a splash of no added blackcurrant and soda water....gets me verrrry drunk but only 53 cals per glass :-) x

Is that possible for just my two shifts though, as the rest of the week im a "sit at my desk" girl!! One shift is verrrrrry busy (Friday/Saturday/Suhnday Night) The tuesday one is quiet, but im still on my feet for the 5 hours, serving and walking the bar!?!?1 xx

Hi, found the iPhone app frist too, its great for when your on the go!! I too also used to use WW, however much prefer MFP as its FREE!!! Woops, Thank you all for the suggestions....however the naughty edvil in my ear was too much and no food was consumed, just lots of Vodka!!! Which led to falling off the wagon again this weekend :-( Ate out alot, so can't even work out the cals of what I did eat!!! Woops!! Never mind, back on the wagon from Lunchtime today…

Maxine, just looked at your diary, loosks god!! What the hell did you do for 889 exercise cals though?!?! Im intrigued...getting back to exercising on Monday and still unsure what the best way to do it is. Squishyfish - Thanks i'll try them in my lunch hour! xx

Welcome Tammy!! The best tip I can suggest is planning your food, I find when I go shopping and set certian meals I usually stick to them and dont end up over eating...Also weighting the food is supposed to help, but I keep forgetting to buy my scales haha!! Sent a friend request to you also :-) xx

I find iot easier to create your own exercise. That way you can input how many carolies you have burnt off...this will only work if your bike counts these for you though. Failing that I never know which one to use either sorry :-( x

Im exactly the same!! No concept of what an actually portion size is, or how much somethings weihg...im hoping everyone is right and it comes to me over time. In the meantime I blame restaurants for their stupid sizes of food!! haha xx
