  • Hey, It is normal to gain muscle as you continue to work out , make sure you also use a tape measure to measure inches lost. It happened to me this week , I gained 2 pounds but lost 5 inches, I started working out this week. Don't let it discourage you your body is going through and adjustment period soon you will get it…
  • Hello, I would love to join I have lost over 15 pounds doing this it works good luck everyone. I will be working out 5 days a week in the morning with weekends off . Also walking after work.

  • I weight myself once a month, don't be too attached to the scale use a measuring tape and also look at you body fat percentages. You may be losing inches and gaining muscle and not see a shift in weight. Remember it is a lifestyle just take it a day at a time and enjoy the process. Thanks Jackie
