Hey, It is normal to gain muscle as you continue to work out , make sure you also use a tape measure to measure inches lost. Hello, I would love to join I have lost over 15 pounds doing this it works good luck everyone. I will be working out 5 days a week in the morning with weekends off . Also walking after work.

I weight myself once a month, don't be too attached to the scale use a measuring tape and also look at you body fat percentages. You may be losing inches and gaining muscle and not see a shift in weight. Remember it is a lifestyle just take it a day at a time and enjoy the process. Thanks Jackie
