thanks ! although, i'bve tried working out at home. and it sucks. i don't get motivated. why work out when i can watch tv, or be on the computer, or play games. so gym fees are not avoided for me, but the other tips seem doable. but seaweed bread ? not so much.

i have a desktop. until i go to school, or NEED a laptop. a desktop is just fine for me. desktop has everything. 2 TB hard drive, nice huge screen, lots of RAM. perfect for gaming. but i do see that laptops are convenient. can take em anywhere. but i don't go anywhere lol.

it is definitely doable. haven't you seen the biggest loser ?! lol. but definitely not healthy. you could try, but i'd talk with a doctor first. like the others said, you'd have to burn atleast 2000 calories a day. and myself, i get pooped burning 200-500 cals a day. in the end it is up to you. but if you work your butt…

agreed ! i made this mistake once. i was adding something at a low calorie intake, but then realized it was almost double in calories. you just gotta work hard. i know it is harder to lose weight the smaller you are. the last few pounds is always hardest. that is when you have to really get down to the nitty gritty.

i'm worried too ! as i need to lose 130 pounds. but there will be excess skin for sure. just a matter of slowly doing it. and we are young too, so it will tone up aslong as we do what we have to.
