Technically you can eat whatever you want, and lose weight. As long as your calories are at a deficit. Now the only thing is, you won't be healthy, and you will lack in vitamins, etc. And also, those foods don't make you feel full for long, keep you craving processed stuff, etc. But if that's what you want, then go for it.

Depends on what you call a cheat meal? I used to eat fast food like 4-5 times a week. Now we've cut it down to twice a month, and that's our "cheat meal" but we make sure it is within our calorie budget and don't go over our calorie budget and if we do it's only by a bit. Thank you everyone, a bigger friend of mine is going to join with me. And it's specifically for plus size people .. So hopefully that makes me feel a bit more comfortable at first. I try yoga at home, but everyone keeps telling me a class is great. So here's to trying! Thanks for all of your encouraging words!

I weigh in every morning. I used to do it once a week but it kept me obsessed with it, and always wondering so I do it everyday. On the Wii fit lol. It's like s morning ritual now before I have breakfast.

I have done this too. But if I eat more, I will hit it again so it re-calibrates & tells me a new estimated weight and posts whether I went over my calories or stayed under still. When I wasn't legit about my calories and wasn't too serious I wasn't always honest on here and would eat after, or not even hit the button. But…

I've also noticed this. I really started watching my calories and stuff September 16. First week I was going down everyday. (I do Wii fit, so it says a body test should be done daily. It's a routine now really.) And then randomly I kept waking up and losing like 2 pounds a day. And then without changing anything I was just…
