Today was my first day on level 4. I can't do all the moves because I have a shoulder / neck injury but overall not too bad. I definitely feel it in the arms too. I find I have to commit to working out everyday. So my rest days are really just a rest from a specific kind of workout. I am also running anywhere from 5 to 6k 3times a week.
