Not sure what I'll be doing yet.....if I am travelling around seeing friends and family then It's unlikely i'll log much at all for a week or so....if I stay home I will log.

I make mine very similar to this only I don't pre boil them, they go in seasoned and oiled but raw, still only take 20 mins and taste deliciious!

Fage 0% fat greek yogurt....high in protein 10.3g per 100g and 57Cals. Can have it sweet with fruit or maple syrup or honey etc or savoury as a substitute for creme fraiche or sour cream. It's fab!!!

I had both my dogs put to sleep at my house and I buried them in the garden.....to me once they have died their spirit /soul is free, has left the body, so I won't be overly concerned about leaving them behind when the time comes for me to move house.....I also took comfort in the fact that the first flowers to grow over…

I'm 5'10 too. My goal is back to 168lbs but anything up to 182lbs is fine.....anything under 168lbs is too skinny for me, I like to be an hourglass shape which is what i was at this weight in the past.

Another sweet thing to add to it is a sachet or two of lo cal hot chocolate powder in your favourite flavour.......simply delicious and so indulgent, yet packed with protein and no fat!!! Win win!!

I feel much more attractive and confident when I am smaller. I still have the same insecurities about "me" but when I am not so fat I at least have to confidence to go out and socialise which I don't/won't do again until I am a lot lot lighter!!

So sorry.....I lost both my dogs within 18 months due to old age illnesses.....that was in 2010 and 2011......i'm still in bits over it and still cry regularly. Unless you've had a dog you just can't imagine how devastating their loss is....all I can say is it does get more bearable but it takes a very long time. Remember…

I only got my fitbit one 2 days ago and have no idea how it works really :ohwell: Lol....however, I can say it does acturately count my steps when generally walking and when walking on my treadmill at 3.5mpn.....as for whether the calories burnt are accurate, I have no idea!!

You often see people on tv who have lost lots of weight but gained years in their faces......guess it's bound to happen if your fat cells are shrinking then the skin will sit differently over the surface.....bit depressing really!! :ohwell:

I use Bio Oil everywhere for everything....love it! it is expensive but if you search online you can usually find somewhere selling it half price!

Personally, I don't find the low cal/diet breads very satiating....I would much rather have a decent wholemeal/high fibre loaf so I feel like i've had something decent to eat. You could always have an open sandwhich....so just one slice of bread with lots of topping as an alternative if you're not packing it in a lunchbox…

Has to be Fage 0% fat Greek yogurt....no fat, full of protein and oh so creamy, can be used as a sweet or savoury thing....personally I love it with honey or maple syrup as an indulgent desert for hardly any cals or with chives or plain as an alternative to creme fraiche.....It's my favourite thing in the world!!!

Yes, add the full amount you put in, a glass or bottle etc.

A saline solution (salt and water) is injected into chicken breasts to make them appear plumper and so they weigh more, it's a known trick of the trade.......go for better quality brands or fresh of you can.

I was cold a lot when i was eating lower cals....I was also incredibly tired.....since upping my cals I am no longer tired or cold. it may be worth reviewing your cals.....:smile:

I accept friend requests but (and I do say this on my profile), if the person who sent the request never interacts with me and seems to just "collect" friends for the sake of it, then in due course I will hide them from my feed and in time will probably delete them.
