Not really, I know about body fat but what percentage of muscle does your scale show? Mine says 38 per cent. What could I be aiming for?

Could anyone tell me what muscle percentage people are going for. I never hear anyone talk about it. My scale says 38 per cent at the moment but it does not add up at 53 per cent water, 26 per cent fat.

My dad once took his off to work on an army tank, put it on a muddy bank then spent an hour in fading light looking for it. Found it but oh dear, it is heartbreaking. My sister and her husband do not even wear theirs, so each to their own.

Mum of four lost weight after the first two then after the last two about 8 pounds stayed ( muscle from lifting too). People say I look great at 147lbs but I want my 140 lbs body back and be fit for my family. You are so inspiring.

I get super red burning cheeks. I thought I just lose my heat by looking like a raddish. Maybe dress down to aboid overheating.

Lots of things it could be Iron, B Vits, SAD (which is what I have) so lack of Vitamin D, stress, not enough calories. The list goes on. When did it start, my SAD starts second week of September finishes roughly April. Hope you get better.

I have a skinny top half and bigger bum and thighs, when I saw my new slimmer summer photos I looked a bit like a turkey up top. I have SAD and every autumn it all goes out the window, compulsive carbs, low motivation for anything. I put on weight then magically it all comes off in April. I try not to beat myself up but it is upsetting. I am buying myself a SAD light for Christmas. My doctor says it will make a big difference.

I have winter blues and there is no way I can get enough sun light. It is too cold. Doctor recommended light therapy. I have been thinking about b12 as a friend needs a shot every six weeks.

I eat about 400 kcal a day more the week before and the actual week of my TOM. It is as if i am hepless, so hungry. Is there a pattern to your eating. Mark it up on your diary. Meditating sometimes helps but on my hungry days I find I cannot calm my mind very well. If it is hormonal give yourself a break on a few days. Be…
