Ive been on MFP for a month and weighed myself today only to see I've lost nothing. Ask me how I feel??? Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

    How in the hell do people go from 400lb down to 120lb and I can't even seem to get from 155 to 140. WTF!

    Well, how tall are you? If you're already at a "healthy weight" for your height, then it's going to take a while to lose anything. I'm in the same boat. Re-vamped my nutrition, started working out and I've been losing and regaining the same 5 lbs! It's very frustrating.

    up and down the same pounds and always return to 148lbs just want to get to 140lbs.

    I'm 5'9" and 155lbs. Stuck. I used to 139lb and I LOVED it!!! I want it back. It's just not happening.

    I'm an inch shorter than you and my weight keeps shooting back up to 155. That's what the scale said today after being 153 for two days prior. ARGH! The lowest I ever got was 136, but that was when I had an ED, so the fact that I'm doing it the healthy way this time might be a factor.

    You might be overestimating your caloric needs, under reporting caloric intake, or over reporting caloric expenditure.

    Although, you may just be having a retaining water day.

    Yah this world sucks! And Im pretty sure my calorie intake is dead on so I don't know wtf is wrong with me but if I don't get rid of this **** around my belly and thighs I don't know what Im gonna do. This fat is ruining my life!!! And the people close to me live's too!!! I guess I'll go one more month trying and see what happens. Wish me luck through these chocolate, candy, fat filled holidays! Im gonna need need need it.
