  • Remember pounds fluctuate based on how much water/salt/ sweating you've done. Don't be discouraged. 30DS is a great work out and will help you build muscle mass, which weighs more than fat. I'll second other suggestions about letting MFP generate the number of calories you should eat. I haven't tried a HRM, haven't had the…
  • Where are they hurting? Could be your shoes... good shoes make all the difference. Try doing some feet exercises- before you get up in the am, trace the alphabet with your toes. May or may not help. Good luck.

  • Move on...you can't live in the past, so don't try to. Make today a better day, and tomorrow a better day. Remember that you are making changes overall, that's what matters! 6 weeks ago, 6 months ago, you "stumbled" all the time.... now you only "go of the wagon" every now and again....don't sweat it!

Your body needs time to re-learn how to burn calories efficiently. One question I must ask, are you being true to the plan that MRP has worked for you? Are…
  • I had it when I was in grad school. Developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome after that. I was told it could "reactivate" down through the years. Try getting some rest, scale back on your exercise routine and go to the doctor. Maybe something else like low thyroid. Best of luck.
  • I think the thing to remember is that the machines tally your calories based on your age and weight, so comparing your numbers to others are not the same. Have you tried to see what the website indicates a calorie burn is for an elliptical? If it's comparable then you're good. Best of luck!
