I really like to have a coco pop with peanut butter in the afternoon. Also I found eating protein like a hard boiled egg, keeps me satisfied till dinner. Night time is bad for me also. I always feel I need something sweet after dinner, which I usually do but I make sure I have room for it in my calorie count and measure it.
