What kind of work out is it? I know that Brazil Butt Lift is kind of dance-y and I just don't get into that kind of workout. Is this similar or is it more squats?

I had to skip the cardio yesterday, so I took my rest day early. I was just too tired and sore from work/school/exercise. I'm ready to get back on this today!

I keep expecting the script to have Merle come back, and Shane and Andrea leave together. At least, that's how I would prefer it.

I expected to wake up sore after day one, but I was just fine. Day two was a great morning workout, I feel full of energy.

She's thin and it doesn't look great on her, but I don't think a lot of young girls are looking at Angelina Jolie as role model these days. They have the Disney stars and celebrities that star in movies age-related to worry about.

I take OneSource Women's Energy, Metabolism and Bone Health from Walmart. When I take it, I definitely feel more energized.

I lost 10 pounds hula hooping & walking last year. I loved it.

The way I make sangria is similar: Take about 4 oz red or white wine, pour over ice, top with about two packs of splenda or stevia. Then, squeeze a lime, lemon & orange wedge over sweetener, then top with 2 oz. sprite zero. Calories depend on the wine you choose, but it should be about 100 cal or less!
