I eat between 1900-2200.... 5'8 1/2" and I weigh 151. Strength 3 times and cardio 4-5 times weekly.

Hi! I bought a FT4 and LOVE it. In settings, you could turn off the beeping noise for not being in the zone. I am interested in it too. I have purchased Mens Health Ultimate Dumbbell Guide and Mens Health Home Workout Bible off of Amazon for cheap. They have some really good workouts if you don't have a gym membership.
