^ Agree I have a daughter but I totally understand the viewpoint of not having kids. I have more friends that do not have or want kids then friends that have kids and I am jealous of them. They go on tons of vacations, have money and go out during the week without worrying about a babysitter. Sooo lucky.

I read Ultrametabolism and it said the WHO wrote the women starve under 1800 calories a day but I cant find it on the WHO website... good book...bought it at Goodwill for $2!

I had it all the time too when I ate 1300-1500 calories. Now it's once in a blue moon when I eat 1800 plus calories a day.

I weigh myself once a month....I've been 155 since March 2011 and I wore a size 8 then..now I wear a size 5....throw that damn thing out! I weigh just to keep me under 160 and I'm fine....

My macros are 40/30/30 and I have found success eating 30% fat...I eat mono fat on every meal to keep me full...olive oil, nuts, seeds, olives, cheese, etc. I make it a priority to add fat to every meal.
