Hi! I do 3 days on, 1 day off...so some weeks I work out 6 days some 5 days... that totally works for me because by the 4th day..my body is exhausted and I'm working out with half the intensity if I do that 4th day..

Can you give me some advice? I can only lift 10 lbs max due to heart problems.. when I become 'used' to lifting 10lbs and I can't lift higher will my arms muscles continue to be lean, as long as I am lifting 3 times a week? I have gotten the ok to do kickboxing so I will be doing that too. Thanks for any advice! Laura

I didn't eat my exercise calories back when I weighed 264 but I hit a wall at 180 and started eating back at least half my exercise calories and even upped my calories and 30 pounds fell off!! Now I'm stuck at 150..... so it's where you are in your eat loss....

How many calories are you eating? How tall are you? I'm 5'8" 151 Ibs and I eat 1600-1950 calories a day..

3 days on 1 day off....so it equals to one 5-6 times a week....

My goal weight is 143....right now I'm 150 and my arms look good and my legs are mostly muscle BUT I have a long trunk and my tummy is wide and out....i.e. muffin top

I think it's per person....I ALWAYS eat 5 cups of air popped popcorn an hour before bed with or without olive oil and I have lost over 100 pounds...but some people gain?? try it and if you lose great ............

I have to eat 5-6 meals a day or I get dizzy so it's an individual preference. I do not think name calling needs to be used....I do want want to thank you for interesting reading material while at work although I do not believe most of it :) Have a good day.

Thats a negative with me anyway....I weighed 200 pounds and got pregnant after the first round of fertility meds and now I'm starting at 153 and I'm on my third round of infertility meds...grrr Laura
