Same here! I am stuck! I do cardio 6xs a week for 45 minutes and weights 3 times for 30 minutes.... I am going to try your 5xs and weights for 30 minutes and see if that works.... feel free to add me. Good luck!

I usually NET around 1100-1200...I've lost 100 plus pounds and I eat every 2-3 hours... I LOVE healthy food.

We are trying with fertility meds too. I had problems with weighing 200 pounds and TTC and got lucky on fertility meds and now weighing 151....I am still having trouble TTC. I stop kickboxing while on the fertility meds because of the increased ovaries. Good luck!

I know when my muscles are sore they retain water and when I wasn't sore..I dropped like 3 pounds overnight! Good luck!

For my body the link about body types says to not 'overdo' it on cardio.... I do my elliptical/kickboxing videos 6 days a week and strength 3 days.... is that overdoing it in the cardio side? Thanks Laura

I am a HUGE morning fan of working out. I work out before hubby and my nine month old daughter wakes up. I work out at 4:30am for 45 min 5-6 days a week. Good luck! Laura

I have heart valve problems and other heart problems and my cardiologist said 'no weights more than 10 lbs in reptition and no push-ups or sit-ups, to watch my sodium intake, eat healthy and stay within a normal BMI.

Thanks so much for the advice. That completely makes sense due to my OBGYN saying that I will be sore in that area due to the ovaries. I start Clomid days 3-7 then from day 9 on, I need to use an ovulation test to see when.... Good luck ladies! Laura

Hi- We might be starting Clomid soon. I was wondering if any of you ladies do Turbo jam while TTC? I heard that kickboxing might not be the best exercise while trying for a lil one! Thanks!

Hi Ladies- I go in for my ovary sonogram today and then meet with my OBGYN about starting Clomid today or tomorrow! I did Clomid with my first baby so I'm hoping I get pregnant with the first round again! I can't wait to get it started! Laura

Hi- I usually do strength training every other day. I do the elliptical a couple times a week and my legs are very muscular so I only strength train the arms and back....plus some ab work but it's every other day. I normally do it at lunch or at home with a ten minute one and my husband will do it with me. Good luck!
