I tried WW at the beginning of the year. SOme of my friends have all the stuff, etc. They helped me with the tracking and stuff because I wanted to try it out before making the investment. I like to eat breakfast in the morning because it helps me stay energized and focused. On the days when I don't eat a good breakfast, I tend to feel sluggish and I end up OVER eating the rest of the day. Works for me!!!

Baby Spinach, Broccoli Slaw, chicken or whatever meat I have from the night before and some dressing. Ive also done spinach, feta, craisins and chicken with Raspberry dressing.

My day (Example) Breakfast = Coffee, Cream - Eggs Mug and 1/2 banana Lunch = Spinach, Chicken and dressing Snack = Almonds Dinner = Broccoli, Chicken and small salad Snack = 6 Triscuits and Cheese **I don't have a snack between Bk and Lun because I eat Breakfast at 8a and lunch at 11a.* I eat every 3 - 4 hours and it helps…
