I made these today and I have to say they are delicious! I had to made a couple of small tweaks ( I didn't want to go out to the grocery store), out of applesauce so I substituted apple butter, I used a mini muffin pan instead of a large muffing pan and cooked them only about 8 minutes, I used 9 packets of stevia and I used mini chocolate chips and cut that down to 1/4 cup. Thank you for the recipe! Oh I put down 4 mini muffins as a serving and they came out to around 102 calories!0
