  • I use a Y-fumble - look for them online. It's an armband, but it's stretchy so you don't have to worry about it slipping down. Only downside is you can't access your phone to pause/start if you run with a tracking app.
  • I just registered for that event today =) I'm running with a team from my gym. Running is fine, but my upper body strength leaves a lot to be desired. Have you been training?
  • First off *wolf whistles* you look fantastic in your photos. The difference in the black t-shirt that you're wearing  But I think the most important thing that I took away from this was this is a change in lifestyle, not a diet. Counting calories sucks, and it's hard and there are times when we just want to kick back…
  • This was hilarious! Thank you so much for writing it. If it was easy to do and was straightforward it wouldn't be worth doing!
  • I was thinking about this the other day, I was genuinely quite surprised when I saw how many calories were in them! I'd tend to stick to eating them only before exercising, but that's just me =) other than that I think they're a perfectly healthy snack which really do fill you up and probably stop you eating rubbish…
  • Hi all! I'm 25 and from Glasgow. I'm on this quite a lot (after falling spectacularly from the bandwagon over the holidays). I don't always make the healthiest food choices but I exercise a lot so can at least be encouraging on that side of things. Will do all the adding when I'm not at work! Jen
  • THIS  hilarious!
  • I'd definitely agree with not taking any medication for it, there have been suggestions that taking anti inflammatories unnecessarily can increase the time it takes for muscles to recover. Stretch! Even for 15 min whenever you can. Drink plenty of water. If you're showering after your workout try standing under the coldest…
  • Hey, I'm a runner too, feel free to add me =) I'm trying to watch the number of calories I take in as well, so even though I'm half the world away I'd be more than happy to help if you're struggling.
  • Just to start off a massive CONGRATULATIONS! You've started on here and you joined a local gym, which is harder than just trying to ignore the problem, so you must know deep down that you want to do something about your weight. i know it can be hard to walk into a gym and just decide what to do. Maybe if your gym has…
  • I think you're incredibly brave for putting that out there. We all have days where we struggle and make the wrong choices, the most important thing is that you let it go and get back on track. I'm positive that you have it in you!
  • Hi guys, I thought I'd post here as although I'm not new to MFP, I've only just starting logging properly and discovered the massive amount of support that is available through the forums. It'd be great to have some more friends to see how other people eat and exercise =) I definitely use it more to track what I eat,…
