I found two meals that I have eaten is the last week under 200 cal. Lamb chop and veggies or egg muffin (Thomas's english multi grain muffin, 1/4 c eggbeaters SW, 1 slice FF cheese)

You need to update your percentages to equal 100% My grams are set as follows 180 Gm carbs, 20 GMs fat and 75 Gms protein. I wanted less fat and more protein than the default give you. I do the same thing you have done. Surprise today everything worked out but that is rare. I am more interested in calories burned so I rely on my polar for calories burned.

I would focus on that it is his problem and definately not a problem with you. My thought is that I do not want something done on my computer that could get me in trouble. Remember he will always have to answer for his actions and behaviors.

I go to food tab them my foods. Then create a food. It will suggest that there is a food like that already listed but if you scroll down you can click "not listed' and then it will allow you to enter the numbers. Good luck

When traveling I do one of two things. I take my tubes and work out with those as well as walking. The other option is to go to any gym and ask if you can try their gym. I have been eating the multi grain muffin top for some time. I love them toasted. I buy them on line. Becareful because the apple one's mold quickly.

I have two low cal lunchs I eat. One is eggbeaters/ FF cheese/english muffin. The other is cottage cheese and yogart. Some times it is Tuna/FF cheese and english muffin. Needless to say, I want high protein and low fat.

I really rely on my heart monitor but when I put in 30 minutes of circuit training under exercise it come up with over 200 calories. Check how you are puttin in your data.

What are steele cut oats? Are they better for you than regular quaker oats?

I took a lazy Sunday but was careful about what I ate.

I used to use sugar also. Stopped cold turkey. I started drinking weaker coffee and then gradually made it stronger but no sugar. It is really much better black

That is why I have a heart monitor to track calories.

I would add all the ingreients. Then make it you menu if you eat the same salad every time. In my menu I put the title (my name salad) It is easy to find then.
