I would move back to New Orleans (my home) and volunteer there. I would also open and fund a school for girls in Zimbabwe (where my mom grew up) and travel there annually and I'd go visit my family in England (my mom's home country) annually, and I'd be in Belize on a beach at least 3 times a year!! :)

Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred is a great place for beginners to start, that's where I started and it worked really well for me. There are lots of free videos on YouTube as well.

I like to add peanut butter or almond butter to chocolate protein shakes, so tasty! It's also great spread onto fruit slices or small squares of dark chocolate. If you can have rice crackers you can spread peanut butter (or any kind of nut/seed butter) on that as well - gives you a crunch similar to toast. :)

I find that the less I eat sweets the less I want them. I don't bring them to the office often, but if I do its only enough for one serving to satisfy my craving so I can just move on. Have you tried eating something really rich, maybe some dark chocolate? That way you get to taste it but you don't go overboard. Good luck!
