I'm so going to try this ... today, for the first time in over 4 months, I ate an almond Snickers bar. I don't regret it, it was so darn yummy. I do wish that it wasn't over 200 calories, but sometimes this girl needs to satisfy that craving!

I agree with an earlier comment, you should try to get 0.8 to 1g of protein per pound of body weight. I'm not hitting that number most days, but I know I should so I'm trying to add more protein in.
