I think those who are experienced gym members should put together a Gym Etiquette post. If someone is new to a gym, they may not know about simple things like wiping down machines, phones, personal property, etc. It is intimidating to go into an unfamiliar setting, feeling awkward about yourself, seeing experienced folks…

I add a half cup of yogurt to the ice and skim milk and make sure it's blended reallllly well. It adds a creamy texture, even my kids like it. Fage plain is my favorite, but I suppose any yogurt would work. Hope that helps :)

Girls at the gym tend to tune the radio to hip hop crap that I can't stand so it's headphones for me.... Slacker Radio has a "BPM Channel"...love that it keeps a consistent upbeat tempo that's great for workouts.
