Thanks for the replies, I will look into a dietician. I was told my insurance wouldn't pay for a nutritionist unless I was a diabetic. Good for you, don't let pain hold you back. I've been in pain for the past 7 months and as I drive to the gym I tell myself I will feel better once I'm done. I have to workout back to back days in order to get pain relief, endorphins from working out truly help. Just remember to take it slow and do something you enjoy :)

I drink Lean 25 French Vanilla from GNC. I drink it because I want the protein and I can't eat egg. I make it with unsweetened almond milk, and a cup of fruit, 1 or 2 scoops of protein. So my breakfast is 180-280 calories and I stay full for a full 4hrs.

If you really are eating 200-300 calories under your goal that means your only eating 900-1000 calories a day. That could be one of your problems, eating to few calories can cause your body to slow your weight loss. Up your calories to 1200 for the next 2-3 weeks and see if you start losing again.

I used to keep mine open and felt as if I had to keep certain foods out of my diary when I was emotionally eating. I now have it closed and can be honest with myself and see my habits than adjust them. You need to do whats best for you.

I have lost 90lbs in a year and put it all back on plus 15. Its better to lose weight slowly and make healthy food changes for a long term life style change.

I also have PCOS and have been told eat a low carb diet and get plenty of exercise. I know from my experience that when i exercise I'm less hungry and helps me lose weight than just diet alone.
