try some fiber one original cereal with a light almond milk. very little calories compared to most snacks and VERY healthy for you. drink some water after because you need the liquid to help absorb the fiber you just ate and make it swell so it satisfies you.

you need to change your mindset and be faithful to your goal. eat an apple or other piece of fruit or a fat free light yogurt and pass on the scoopful of peanut butter which is loaded with fat and calories. if your snacking doesn't fit into your daily goal then you are defeating yourself.

i have seen frozen sweet potato patties in the store. they just look like slices of sweet potato. they would be cooked before freezing if you made this dish ahead so should not turn black when already cooked.

you could shave a few more calories off that sandwich by using sara lee delightful whole wheat or multigrain bread at 45 calories per slice.

if you go to UNI in cedar falls, there is an Aldi store on university ave. they have fit and active products which are healthier and the prices are good. they have fit n active multigrain wraps in the fridge counter by the lunch meats which are yummy and they only have 100 calories per wrap. i have used these for a…

don't give up. eventually you will start to drop some pounds if you are truly tracking all your food intake. you are building muscle with your work outs and eventually that will burn more calories.
