Jan 6: 6--1 hour walking while pushing baby, Jillian Michaels 30 day shred(20 minutes), 20 minutes walking at target and 5Walmart minutes run up and down 5 flights of stairs at my sisters apartment to see if I had left my car lights on.0 -
Joined Jan. 2 and just completed my first week of one hour workouts per day.

Jan 6 = 20 -

1/5 = walked dogs 36 minutes
1/6 = walked around lake 30 minutes
