I wouldnt put it in as exercise no. but thats just me. i would just see it as something extra but not enough to count. Even though you are probably loosing calories while doing it. you just need to find your own prefrences

Okey thanks. Ive realised that if i keep a bottle of water next to me I will drink it. but if I dont do it I wont. and I normally forget to drink in the morning otherwise so Im gonna keep drinking my water "warm" the first thing i do when i wake up.

one can is 132 calories. that is not to much. But 8 cans is 1053 calories.... of course you can still enjoy it. just count every calorie! it wont ruin anything as long as you got the calories for it. normally when i know im going to have a few glassses of wine or something like that i try to figure out how much im gonna…

ME TO! Age - 20 Height - 5'2 ish (1 meter and 57 centimeters) SW - 154 ibs (70 kilos) CW - 143 ibs (65 kilos) GW - probably around 120 ibs. (55 kilos) that means I've got 10 kilos more to go. planning on being there by the end of october!! should work.
