I currently do cardio everyday, treadmill for 20 min and rowing for 10 min, I then do a bit of arms and legs, and some abs, and I go to the gym, well I try to go 5 days a week if work permits.

The diet coke, I had only that and my water a day, I stopped drinking the diet coke and wham, that will do the trick!!!!!

Try a small piece of cheese with some bovril or marmite on it, sounds like blood sugar low, that normally helps for me!!

The thing is, she lost a lot of weight last year and this was my motivation to start doing something about myself now as well, and now that the weight is dropping she makes nasty remarks...................she was my motivation and now she is my worst nightmare!!!
