Back again.....................
I fell off the band wagon and am so disgusted with myself now. I lack total motivation, to get dress in the morning is torture..........I need motivation and loads and loads of it. I picked up 8kg and am not happy with myself!!!!!!!!

I could not exersice this week due to work commitments and just watched what I ate and drink all my water, now how come I lost nearly 2kg this week without the exersice, other weeks not even a kg, could anyone clear this up please??

Blurred vision and dizzyness??
The past few days I experience blurred vision, dizzzyness and nausia, could this be because of the fact that I do not take sugar at all, I seldom eat fruit, and only get sugar if some in veggies??

Winter time and eating..................!!!!

How do you reward yourself after a loss. I pay 20 bucks into a kitty with every 5 kg lost. Got 40 bucks so far and still have to lose 35kg so are looking forward in buying a brand new outfit....................:tongue:

Sore muscles or not?
I have a question here and would like to know your opinion. It is a debate here at work and everone have their own taking on this. The point is "If you do not have sore muscles the next day after a workout, you did not have a good workout or you did something wrong?" What is you take on this????
