This sounds stupid because I'm 23, single with zilch commitments but - having some ME time! Haha. The gym lets me unwind and forget everything. Plus you'll feel SO much better afterwards, not just physically but mentally too...

At the moment I am on my stationary bike, trying to stay awake.

I teach children English as a second language and I have to run around with the children, be very happy, smile when I really do not feel like it, go back and forth to get different materials for each lesson. I love my job but it does tire me out and almost makes me not want to exercise.

When I get home I just say to myself, 'ok, all I need is like 30 minutes and I can take a hot bath', once I get started I feel like doing more than 30 minutes.

I am still on the stationary bike by the way and feel more awake :D

HOPE THIS CAN HELP MOTIVATE YOU , JUST DO IT! YOU CAN DO IT!

I completely agree. Making your way to the gym sometimes seems near impossible. You have to look past that hour at the gym to see what the long term results could be. When I used to work day shift I would wake up an hour earlier and go to the gym even if it was to do a brisk treadmill walk. Then I would have time to wash up before my shift. It is all worth it in the end. Plus, working out before work keeps you energetic for the day
