    Hmmmmm.

I've heard great things about dark chocolate. I bought a chocolate bar from someone outside Walmart once and when I put it in my log I couldn't believe there was NOTHING in it! It was Worlds Best brand but I'm sure you could look in to the matter.

Maybe melt one down and make some hot chocolate with it? Or put it in oatmeal cookies?

I actually find winter time easier to lose weight - but I guess thats cos Im less likely to go out socialising and drinking and eating cos its so cold all the time!!

Try making your own stews, curries and soups. Ive just wipped up a vegetarian curry in the slow cooker - 6 HUGE serves for less than 200 calories. At that 'price' I dont mind going back for seconds. Soup is another low calorie option, nothing but veggies - use low sodium stock and if you have to, toast a slice or two of burgen soy & linseed bread to dip - the soup I make works out to be about 100 calories a bowl. So good, I usually have 2 or 3 bowls! I guess though my secret is really beefing things up with veges - and less meat. Look into things like brown rice, wholemeal pasta and good quality bread to accompany them.

I also really enjoy peppermint tea and find that often helps with any sweet cravings. Buy good quality tea if you can, its worth it!

Soup soup soup......most of the time I make brocolli, or cauliflower or brocolli and cauliflower - or just a mixed vegetable soup..... if you have spare calories add a little bit of lentils..... for flavour I use curry paste, and to make it more creamy some coconut cream...

I cook a huge pot and freeze it in cup size containers - so I can quickly heat up a portion when I need some winter comfort...
