Not understanding this..........?

I could not exersice this week due to work commitments and just watched what I ate and drink all my water, now how come I lost nearly 2kg this week without the exersice, other weeks not even a kg, could anyone clear this up please??

I find I have to watch what I eat more when I do workout, it is too easy to overestimate the extra calories I should get. If it is consistently slower to lose when you work out, If you have been working out for several weeks or more and haven't seen much movement, I would assess the difference in what your menu this week vs. previous.
If you have just started working out, then it is not unusual to retain water as your body needs it to recover from a hard workout. This will make it seem like you are initially not losing when you know you should. This will self correct, which may be what you are experiencing with some time off. (I have seen 5+ overnight gains after really long hard runs, that then be down 7 two days later.)
In the end, over time, it is in calories in and calories out. If the calories part is good then keep up the good work, eat right, exercise and everything will good.0
