Are you very sedentary? moving more automatically will boost your calorie burn which is basically your metabolism.
How long have you been trying to lose weight? Are you tracking every single thing you eat? are you using a food scale to weigh your food?4 -
Are you dead too? If not, your metabolism is alive and kicking.
What eating plan is that? Does it include a calorie deficit?
How long have you been on the plan?10 -
Go for a walk, ride a bike, take a swim, lift some weights, dance around the house, etc. You increase your metabolism by moving more and the only way it's dead is if you're dead too.4

Outside of gaining a lot of muscle, you won't change basal metabolic functions, but exercise and moving more daily, along with a small increase from increased protein and fiber, will help increase energy output.
And your metabolism is definitely working as it's all the chemical processes that occur in your body.4 -

There are mistakes that people commonly make that cause them to not lose weight that we might be able to spot if you change your Diary Sharing settings to Public: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings2
