What is that ONE thing that makes you motivated to get up each day, start with exercise, plan your meals and just do it the next day again, what ONE thing motivates you........?

The knowledge that if I don't, I will be weak and fat until the day I die.0

The dogs. My life wouldn't be worth living if I didn't take them out. They would have far too much energy all day. Lol0

The fact that I'm seeing changes in my body and that eating healthy and exercising has a hugely positive effect on my mental state.
I just think back to my most depressed, fattest and darkest days and that is enough to get me to the gym come rain, blizzard or storm.0 -
Habit. If you do it enough, you adjust to it being the natural thing to do. And on those rough days, I just remember that if I don't do it, it's going to be harder to get back in the habit. Pushing myself one day is better than having to push myself again every day for a month to get back into it.0

A beautiful dress that I've purchased to wear on my birthday (Jan 16th) I look at that and think "I WILL wear it & I WILL look good!".0

At first it was just to try logging and see if it would help, then I started getting results and did not want to slip back, now it is just the way I live. and for the first time in a long time, we are living not just existing.0

The fact I don't want to look like my two fat sisters and the fact they get so pissed off that I'm much slimmer/ healthier/ sexier than they are :bigsmile:0

Step on the scales and look in the mirror.0 -
Pissing my Hubby off, sounds bad i know. But what are you going to do?0

The fact that everyday I look in the mirror I am starting to appreciate my body and actually see results. I can't say I will ever be completely satisfied, but everyday is a step closer to becoming the healthy/fit person I want to be. Not to mention all the blood, sweat, and tears I've put into this...what a waste it would be to just give up now.0
