I'm 169 cm tall, that's between 5'5 and 5'6 if I'm not mistaken. I have no muscle whatsoever though..

Thanks! I suppose you're right, I have gained a lot of knowledge. But it seems very, very hard to apply it. I can't find the motivation anymore and I'm sad every time I look in the mirror or try on my jeans because I remember how I was a size or two smaller at the beginning of summer :/

I am on day 3 today and I would love some motivation! Please feel free to add me :)

Thank you all for your answers! @karu77 I've tried apricot tea so far, as recommended by a friend, but I didn't find it sweet. I will try your suggestions though! :) @DennyHodge I'm fairly certain we don't have that in Turkey where I live but good to know!

Sometimes, you overeat. And even if that red and bolded font under your food diary when you exceed your calorie goal is depressing, you…

Hello Sanja and anyone who will read this! My name is Sera and I'm from Turkey. I've lost 2 kgs (4.4 pounds) so far. I'm at the beginning of my weight loss journey. I have another 10 kgs to lose and I hope to do so by New Years!

When I reach 62 kgs (I will have lost 5 kgs in total by then), I'm going to buy myself proper clothes to work out in. Currently I scavenge around in my closet for old leggings and t-shirts but I've always been envious of the runners who have really nice sports outfits. It's both a way to reward myself, something to look…
