    Posted a similar topic, but failed to see this one.

    Busting through my plateau and getting to the 230s. Getting my bike out and riding outdoors several times a week in addition to my usual routine.

    Well, I don't really have a weight goal for the end of May, but I do want to:

    1) Go to the gym 5 times a week.
    2) Drink 8 cups of water every day.
    3) Start swimming again.

    All so I can 4) Fit into those dashing teal slacks I bought last summer!

    Get to my goal weight, which means lose 6 more lbs.

  • I know that having a goal for May is a short term goal for some but I get so discouraged and am really hard on myself if I mess up once. So I am deciding to take a new approach to this and I am just going to take it one day at a time and focus on day by day. I joined a group for a 30 Day Shred in May. I am determined to get my water intake of at least 8 glasses of water. Drinking water alone helped me shed pounds before. So for my goal, I hope to lose at least 10 lbs and have a not so noticeable belly by the end of May...

    bump up 20 Lbs on all of my lifts...would put me at working sets of 230 Lbs for DL and Squat, 110 Lbs for OH press, and 165 for bench.

    I want to lose four pounds in May... then I'll hopefully only another 3/4 pounds until I meet my target :)

    Complete basic 2 - New Rules of lifting supercharged.

    Loose 2 kg. Honestly, I would rather lose 2.5 but the goal is 2.

    run 5K in under 35 min. be down to 115 by the end of the month. lose another inch off my waist.

    weight: lose 5 lbs

    exercise : do a tri day...all the elements of a sprint triathlon but just all on one morning at my own rate - no race.
    and... be able to run 10 miles in under 2 hours.

    I would love to lose 2 pounds, and (after completing my 30 days straight 30 Day Shred Challenge in 20 days) I want to start doing Ripped in 30 5 days a week.

    Finish Insanity.

    My plan was o reach my goal weight (3 more lbs to go, at this point), by the end of May. However, I now have to have surgery on the 23rd, so I'm really hoping to meet goal by that morning, before the surgery.

    I want to walk my dogs twice a week and increase my current running intervals. If that helps me lose some pounds I will be very happy.
