wow, for you to have quit cold turkey and only have mild side effects is awesome! I had all of those while I was on cymbalta and worse. I started having aggressive thoughts, thoughts of suicide, emotional meltdowns, nightmares, ringing in ears, brain zaps, vision problems, tingling in my eyes and lips.... I ended up in the…

-I was still fat, but noticed I was considerably thinner when I bought a dress for my sister's wedding 2 months before the event and then try it on a month and half later and find that I needed to buy another dress. -When, last week, the gay guy at work offered to check if he has any extra belts that will fit me because he…

There is a book with a diet for adhd. I think gluten and red #40 are triggers. My son is adhd and not on medication. Patience, consistancy, routine. Those are the things that work for him. The problem is with her having to be with you only part time, the consistancy thing will be hard to do. Maybe her other parents would…

Slow day at work. Did my research. I get it now. :indifferent:

:flowerforyou: Just eat it as is and enjoy it! Oftentimes reduced fat products aren't as good for you as you think because they replace the fat with other bad stuff like sugar to make it taste better. Just make sure you only enjoy one portion, save the rest for another time, or share with family or coworkers!

I think many of us here probably already had some type of eating disorder before joining. I have had an unhealthy relationship with food my entire life. I'm a food addict. Sometimes I think about food as soon as I wake up; and fall asleep thinking about food at night. With any other addiction, you would treat it by giving…

Thanks Trent. The avocado thing worked for me one week but last week I couldn't find any ripe ones. I bought one anyway and cut into it to soon. It was nasty :-/ @findleyn: thanks for all the info! I think 30DS will be great to do while my son is sleeping in the mornings. It really helps me stay focused when I'm able to…
