I can handle a cheat meal when I'm working out, as long as it's smaller portions. Today we had a drug rep bring lunch at work. LASAGNA, green beans, salad, and bread. I ate A LOT of green…

He had Wednesday and Thursday to do that and still see her on Friday. Apparently with this guy, it takes more than a couple days

I agree that not everyone is the same, but this is not the only factor here.

So what happens if the relationship progresses into marriage? You can't just ditch your wife and kids just because you're in a bad mood...

this is why I call BS. Most arguments with my immediately family are resolved in a day or two. Also, I agree with others when it comes to getting away from his mom for a few days and if he lives with her, that not being a good sign. Not to mention the fact that he's ignoring your texts/calls. Based on my previous…

We don't have Carl's here in Virginia, we have Hardees but it's the same thing. I would have ordered a bacon and egg biscuit without the biscuit or something along those lines. Sometimes I allow myself a steak biscuit..

Chicken burrito bowl with black beans, brown rice, part mild/part corn salsa, cheese, guac, sour cream, fajita veggies and lettuce. No chips for me. Mmmm! I'm drooling now! ( just noticed the lack of a drooling smiley... grr!)

I switched to whole grain bread and pasta, and use spaghetti squash to substitute pasta. I also have grown to like sweet potatoes. They don't have to be sweet. You can make any dish you normally make with potatoes using sweet potatoes instead.

caffeine withdrawal is a bummer, this is what keeps me from going back. I don't want to go through THAT again!
-
My 2 cents: Caffeine IS a drug, it IS addictive. It's not easy to give up. Sure it doesn't ruin your life like other addictions can, but when one makes a conscious decision to give it up, they should be commended and if OP feels that it compares to the word "sober" or wants to use the term loosely, then here in America,…

I broke up with Dr Pepper in February of last year. I don't miss him so much anymore

If you're losing inches, you're doing great! Just keep at it and the scales will start moving. I find that eating better and exercising helps my fibromyagia A LOT :flowerforyou: Up your calories if you're strength training and buy meats when on sale and stock up in freezer.

This again!

Mine didn't stop but it certainly changed. It changed a lot of things, for example, I lost a lot of hair bc I was losing weight too quickly. I had to get on the pill to regulate.

Have you calculated your BMR and TDEE? Check out the IPOARM thread if you haven't already :-)

and be prepared to get bashed for your 1200 calorie goal  I'd recommend for the long run upping your calories and adding some strength training.
