I am also doing hip hop abs, zumba, bgwt, and walking/running through out the week. I try to switch it up some.

I am glad that I had a rest day today because my thighs were killing me as well. Today was not to bad. I started the challenge on Monday, so I was a day late. I caught up by doing Day 1 and Day 2 together. Yesterda, I completed day 3, and now I am ready for my next squat day!

I love collard greens. When I cook them I use bacon grease! They are soooooo yummy, but so unhealthy that way!

I just received my ft4 a few days ago and I still haven't checked it out yet. I purchased mine from sears.com and it was on sale for $40.49. It came with the chest strap as well. I can't wait to use it.
