MOTIVATION! My son is 12 weeks and I have been having trouble getting back into diet and exercise. I logged into MFP for the first time in a year yesterday hoping to get motivated by holding myself accountable here!

Yeah...I struggle with my husband because he only likes white bread. I'm not a fan of freezing bread and the loaves are too big and go stale before I finish them...

I have a horrible sweet tooth as well! I have been trying to keep raisinettes (they even have dark chocolate ones)--or better yet Sunmaid makes dark-chocolate yogurt covered raisins. Making your own trail mix works as well--adding a few dark chocolate chips to the mix and they sweeten it up!

I did this last weekend and felt horrible the next day! I forced myself to work out anyway--it felt horrible and I wanted to die but once I showered I realized the hangover was gone! I had sweat out all the toxins!

I really like almond butter. And sunbutter (sunflower seeds)--I found a sample of almond butter from my grocer--if your grocer is large and has a lot of their own products, they may have a smaller amount cheaper. Also, I heard Whole Foods carries almond butter at a cheaper price than many grocers.

I had one serving of Campbell's light wedding soup for breakfast (weird, I know) and as a snack a large sliced apple with a serving of Sunbutter.

I quit with a combination of the patch and support. I am a student so my school has a program that helps students quit. They gave me two weeks worth of patches (I had to buy the next four--but my aunt bought two of the week's worth, so that helped also). I met with the guy once a week to talk about my progress; and meeting…

Try a nonsmoking ticker. I found mine by searching for it on Google. It's really rewarding to see how long I went and how much money I saved. Just don't stop using MFP...that was my biggest mistake when I quit...now I have more weight to lose! Good luck and you can do it!!!

I am one glass away from my goal! I'm trying to study but I keep going to the bathroom as well :-) I guess it's a good way to get rid of water weight!
