I havent been on these boards in soo long and i'm back to where I started. I am back on my journey once again to try to change my eating habits and make it to my goal weight this time. When i was last here i had lost 5lbs, not a lot but it was a start. I weighed my self this morning and I'm at 147 and would like to make my goal weight of 130. I know its going to take commitment and motivation and know that you guys are great with that. So my journey begins today and hopefully i will achieve my goal. I would like to lose atleast 10lbs or more by January, that's my birthday month. So here we go....

I just got started yesterday. I know from past experience that when I get off track, the hardest thing in the world seems to be getting back on track, so kudos to you for getting back on track! I just know you can give yourself a wonderful birthday present of a 10 pound loss!0 -
