I personally find the texture terrible lol, rubbery and chewy. I have tried it in a couple of different things like a spag Bol and stirfry but it just doesn't do it for me. I have a friend who if she wants to replace pasta in a dish uses strips of zucchini :-)

If I am out for dinner and I am full I will pour some of my drink on the plate so I don't pick at it before the waiter collects it :-)

I started April 2011 after my daughter was born, I was 216 pounds. Now I'm 165 :-) aiming for 130-140 at the moment but will see how I feel when I get there. I aim for 1200 cals as well and I'm 5'2" It's taken me a while to get here but now I'm stuck around the 165lb mark, have been for months :-(

Hmm at the moment I'm aiming for 130-140, anything lower is a bonus :-) I guess I will reevaluate how I feel about myself when I get there!

I'm a mother of 3 :-) my youngest has just turned 1, my baby weight is gone and I'm now 11 kg lighter than pre preg but I still have a long way to go!
