It is no long baby weight... Now it is just fat!

I am a mother of 4 and had a doc appt yesterday and I was shocked to see my weight. I need support to get down to a weight I can be proud of! I live in Oklahoma and have recently started TurboJam and started drinking Shakeology.

    Feel free to add me! I just had a baby in February and I have a four year old. The baby weight is already gone, but I still have a long way to go. Would love to motivate each other!

    I'm a mother of 3 :-) my youngest has just turned 1, my baby weight is gone and I'm now 11 kg lighter than pre preg but I still have a long way to go!

    Yup, I decided to lose the baby weight when my "baby" turned 14. Lol. I am almost there. We can totally do it!
