Awww...thank you guys so much! I do Turbo Fire and drink Shakeology everyday -- I started out at 1800 cals a day, then moved to 1600 & now I'm at 1450. No strength training yet but I think I will with my next program (the TF is HIIT cardio, kickboxing and Core exercises) I started a private challenge/accountability group…

Being in between sizes --- some things I fit into a 4...others a 6 and some 6's the waist is too big but tight on my thighs or butt! It can get frustrating but I decided I'm only buying the expensive jeans from now on since they fit way better! Just added to my collection yesterday and it was so much fun - I don't dread…

Do you have a Papa Murphy's? Order the Mediteranean DeLite pizza -- its so delish! Only 180 cals per slice!

I used to feel that way so I understand but honestly, just go in there and do what you need to do. 95% of the people are in there to do their's and not worried about what you're doing at all! Good luck!!!

So cool! Thanks!

Ohhhhh I AM ADDICTED TO ALDI!!!! We feed our family of 5 on less than $350/month and it saves us well over $250-$200 month! I can't say enough good things about that store! I used to be a brand snob but their food tastes just as good as Walmart or Kroger! EDIT: Let me add the only thing I don't like is bagging my…

Cheapest around is www.heartratemonitorsusa.com I have the Polar FT4 and it si a gamechanger for sure! ;)
-
GREAT JOB!

Don't beat yourself up about it -- it's part of life. You will have days that are better than others for sure. What matters the most is what you do about that "bad" day -- pick yourself up and aim to do better tomorrow - it's a new day!
-
I've never used a Fitbit but I do have a HRM (Polar FT4) and I LOVE it! It's made a huge difference in my workouts!
-
YUM!!!!!!!!!!!:noway:

I personally don't eat them back but do what works for you! The key is to make sure you are logging EVERYTHING so you have record of what is and isn't working for you. If you don't lose for a week or 2, just go back and look at what you were doing when you were. Stay with it, it will happen!

It's not a marketing scam, I'm not trying to sell her anything at all. She asked for opinions and that's exactly what I gave - MY OPINION. Isn't that what this site is for? People who have questions along their weight loss journey....she asked a question, I answered. Period.

5'7 at 151 ....size 6 in most things --- shooting for 145 b/c I want to be a 6 in EVERYTHING!!!

Non-neccessity item would be my LV purse & wallet and it was the best purchase ever...carry it every single day! Hubby doesn't know it yet but when I reach my goal, I'll be adding to my collection!
-
All of you ladies are so inspiring -- I LOVE it, it sounds like everyone is well on their way!
-
I'm 5'7 and started at 166...down to 152 and working to my goal of 145. Add me, I need all the help I can get
-
I started at 166 and it took a good 2 months before I started losing so hang in there -- the scale is not your friend! Lol I know it's easier said than done but put it away. Only weight yourself every 2-3 weeks if you must and make sure its a scale that does body fat %, water weight, etc... Also. I've noticed I lose weight…

I'm not nearly as small as you but when I hit a plateau, I was only eating 1200 cals a day, burning 7-800 cals a day and eating 3 times a day and not going anywhere. I upped my cals to 1600 a day, burn 4-600 cals a day (don't eat back my exercise cals) and eat 5-6 times a day and it started coming off! Also, I know there…

5'7 - 153 lbs size 6 most of the time with an occasional 8 here & there. It's weird though b/c I wear a 7/8 in skinny jeans in the Jr. Dept at various stores?!:ohwell:
-
Holy crap it says I'm a 34G....I've been wearing 36DD's:noway:

THANK YOU! I thought I was crazy but I think I'm going to try and stay away from the scale but it's sooooooo hard! ;) Without my clothes on, I can definitely tell a difference, it's just hard when the scale doesn't validate how I feel/look.
