I usually ignore anything the scale tells me during "that time of the month" - whether it's the weight or body fat % I generally just feel like a big lump of awful around then, so ignoring it is the best thing for me!

Ran hill repeats tonight for close to an hour. It was fun, despite the ridiculous heat and humidity.
