  • It's not too accurate since I haven't logged for a month but here they are.
I like to vary my food a lot otherwise I get bored

    - Mini Wheats
    - Crunchy Peanut Butter
    - Raspberries
    - Hot Chocolate
    - Eggs
    - Smart Bread
    - Vegan Margarine

Personally I would say it's carrots, peas, coffee, peanut butter, wild rice, lentils, onions

    Coffee
    Oatmeal
    Cream of Wheat
    Spinach/Lettuce
    Carrots
    Potatoes
    Ketchup

I love my carbs. It just hit me today that I probably need to do some research to see what my fat/fiber/carb/protein intake should really be to help get this last 17 pounds off and tone up more.
