    I don't know about anyone else, but it's actually easier for me to stay on track with my eating if I keep my choices smaller rather than eating a wide variety of foods- that list is about 90% of my weekly food plan...

    Low carb mostly. I do eat veggies - love them - but not one in particular that I eat every day except lettuce.. What can I say, I like meat!

    I think if i wasnt so specific in my entries you would see chicken at the top of the list because i eat it daily but in different forms so it records differently most times.
