Thank you for replying. My TDEE as recently calculated is 3451. Does that mean the same thing(I think that it's the TDEE I calculated the first time, not RMR)? So does this deficit thing still apply here? Sorry for using "one" instead of I. I originally asked this on another website, but copy and pasted it here.
