What scale do you use?
I'm asking this because I've bought two scales so far and none of them have worked well(wrong numbers). The first one was digital, while the other one mechanical. So I was wondering if you could recommend me one. Thank you.

1300 calories too low for a guy?
I started logging 2 days ago. So far I've been eating on average, 1300 calories. I make sure that to meet the daily recommended value of each food groups(vegetables, fruits, grains etc...) and eat plenty of protein(upwards to 90grams). Has anyone tried DDP Yoga?
Has anyone tried DDP yoga? I see amazing results on their site, plus the video of the veteran who could barely walk but was able to loose weight using it that has been circulating around lately( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qX9FSZJu448). I have been researching this for while but I haven't been able to find a clear answer. Which one do you consider when creating a deficit? Your BMR or TDEE? Weight loss question. RMR, deficit etc...?
If someone's RMR(resting metabolic rate) is 3060 calories, meaning that to maintain one's weight, one would need to eat that many calories per day.
